The second parcel will <br /> be the Designated Remainder and contain 55.40 acres; located on the north side of Eight Mile <br /> Road, 5,681 feet east of Tully Road, Linden. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> OWNER: Webster Williams APPLICANT: Dillon & Murphy <br /> ADDRESS: 17337 E. Eight Mile Road, Linden APN: 065-100-44 & -45 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area designated as Zone AE and X. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 97.1- <br /> feet NAVD 1988. <br /> Eight Mile Road has an existing and planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The Regional Transportation Impact Fee will be required when parcels are developed.
