The pit <br /> shack/satellite does not have a 3 comp sink, utensils/equipment is washed/sanitized at upper concession 3 comp sink. <br /> -The lower concession 3 comp sink did not have quat in dispenser but bleach was available. Provide 100 ppm chlorine or 200 <br /> ppm quat when sanitizing utensils/equipment in 3 comp sink. <br /> -Hand sinks at mens and womens restrooms at both pit shack concession and lower concession are plumbed with cold water <br /> only. Only mop/hand sink at the lower concession men's restroom had hot water available. Food handlers must wash hands <br /> with 100 F water minimum after using restroom prior to handling food. <br /> -None of the hot hold equipment was turned on during the inspection.
