Provide warm and cold water with warm water <br /> at 100 F minimum immediately. <br /> The 3 comp sink for the upper concession was 116 F and the mop sink at the lower concession men's restroom was 111 F. <br /> Provide warm and cold water at these sinks with warm water at 120 F minimum within 3 days before operating facility. <br /> Cold water was not available at the lower concession hand sink.
