The ice chest obstructed the sink, making the <br /> hand sink inaccessible for hand washing. This was corrected on site. Per manager, handwashing is occurring at the 3 comp <br /> sink. <br /> Ensure paper towels and soap are provided from a dispenser at all times. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. Provide copy <br /> of food manager certificate within one week for the food manager.All other employees should obtain within 30 days of <br /> employment and maintains copies at the facilty. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br /> assigned duties.
