Applicable State Codes and Ordinances. <br />2. If any of the requirements of the above are in conflict with one another, or with the <br />requirements of these Specifications, the most stringent requirement shall govern. <br />1.5 FEES, PERMITS AND UTILITY SERVICES: <br />A. Refer to supplementary conditions. <br />B. Arrange for required inspections and secure approvals from authorities having jurisdiction. <br />C. Arrange for utility connections. <br />1.6 SUBMITTALS: <br />A. General: <br />1. Submit shop drawings and supplemental data for all materials and equipment specified in all <br />Sections of this Division, in accordance with the requirements of section on submittals, and <br />as specified hereinafter. <br />2. All submittals shall be reviewed by the Contractor and stamped with his approval prior to <br />submitting to the Architect. Contractor shall indicate in writing any deviation in submittals <br />from requirement of Contract Documents. <br />3. Forward all submittals to the Architect, together, at one (1) time. Individual or incomplete <br />submittals will not be acceptable. Only one (1) request for substitution will be considered on <br />each item of materials or equipment. <br />4. Wherever catalog numbers and specific brands or trade names, not preceded by the <br />designation "equal to", or followed by the designations "or equal", "or accepted equal", or "or <br />approved equal", are mentioned in these Specifications or Drawings, no substitutions will be <br />accepted. <br />5. Identify each item by manufacturer, brand, trade name, number, size, rating, or whatever <br />other data is necessary to properly identify and check materials and equipment. The words <br />"as specified" will not be sufficient identification. <br />6. Identify each submittal item by reference to Specification Section paragraph in which the <br />item is specified, or Drawing and Detail number. <br />7. Organize submittals in binders, in the same sequence as they appear in Specification <br />Sections, article or paragraphs. <br />o. Shop Drawings shall show physical arrangement, construction � details, finishes, Dishes, materials <br />used in fabrication, provisions for conduit entrance, access requirements for installation and <br />maintenance, physical size, electrical characteristics, foundation and support details, and <br />weight. Reuse of the Contract Drawings as Shop Drawings will not be acceptable. <br />4 <br />
