Submit completed Megger Grounding Test Certificate (included with this section) <br />with Testing Agency reports attached, as specified in Division 16. <br />3. Certificate of Chlorination and Sterilization: <br />a. Submit completed Certificate of Chlorination and Sterilization (included with this <br />Section) with Local Jurisdiction approvals and Testing Agency reports attached, <br />as specified in Divisions 2 and 15. <br />4. Certificate of Compliance for Building Materials: <br />a. Submit completed Certification of Compliance for Building Materials (included <br />with this section). <br />5. Roofing Certificate: <br />a. Submit fully completed Roofing Certification (included with this section). <br />2.11 MAINTENANCE / OPERATION MANUALS <br />A. General: Contractor shall incorporate in Maintenance/Operation Manual(s) all brochures, <br />manufacturer's catalogs and written instructions for equipment and materials needing regular <br />care or maintenance; i.e., carpets, resilient flooring, architectural finishes, mechanical and <br />electrical equipment and other items as required elsewhere in project documents. Prepare all <br />such manuals in durable plastic loose leaf binders size to accommodate 8-1/2 x 11 sheets <br />with following minimum data: <br />1. Identification on or readable through, front cover stating general nature of manual. <br />2. Neatly typewritten index of all contents. <br />3. Site plan and building plans indicating location of equipment referenced (reduced <br />scale). <br />4. Complete instructions regarding operation and maintenance of all equipment involved. <br />5. Complete nomenclature of all replaceable parts, their part numbers, current cost and <br />name and address of nearest vendor of parts. <br />6. Copy of all guarantees and warranties issued, in a separate binder as specified in this <br />section. <br />7. Copy of approved shop drawings (reduced scale) with all data concerning changes <br />made during construction. <br />B. Extraneous Data: <br />Where contents of manuals include manufacturer's catalog pages, clearly indicate <br />precise items included in the Project installation and delete, or otherwise clearly <br />indicate, all manufacturer's data with which the Project installation is not concerned. <br />C. Materials shall be organized in a logical and consistent manner, by specification section <br />number, with separating tabs clearly marked. <br />7 <br />
