CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES AND TEMPORARY CONTROLS Section 01500 15-1207 water proof; weather -tight, and well lighted and ventilated; or equivalent trailer office; as approved. Inspector office shall be fitted with T-0" counter along one side under a window, shelves, desk, filing cabinet, chairs, and such other minor items of equipment needed. Office and equipment shall remain property of Contractor and shall be removed by him upon completion of work. B. Telephone: Maintain telephone for joint use of Contractor, Architect and Inspectors for duration of operations under this Contract. Provide answering machine and facsimile on-site for use by Project Inspector, Architect and others. 1. Pay all charges for telephone service. 2. Make mutually agreeable arrangement with sub -contractors to provide them with telephone accommodations for duration of construction and completion. C. Provide electric outlets for lighting and power and make provisions for adequately heating and cooling field office. D. Provide the following minimum electronics within each office trailer. 1. Printer: Laser, 8 Y2" x 11" and 11" x 17" black and white. 2. Fax: Laser, plain paper with memory. 3. Copy Machine: Auto feed with collating capabilities, Laser, 8'/2" x 11" and 11" x 17" black and white. Copier may be connected to function as printer and/or fax in lieu of printer (item 1) and/or fax (item 2). 4. Network System: 801.11 g wireless router with 4 Ethernet ports. 5. Cables and Wiring: All necessary cables and wiring to connect the above components. 6. Provide hardware and/or software support for items 1-5 above. Provide paper, service and maintenance contract for Printer (item 1), Fax (item 2) and Copier (item 3) for the life of the contract. 2.03 SANITARY FACILITIES A. Toilet Facilities: Provide sufficient suitably enclosed chemical toilets with urinal for use by all crafts engaged on project. Location shall be approved by Architect. B. Washing Facilities: Provide properly mounted and adequate wash sinks connected to water supply; in location as approved by Architect. C. Drinking Water Facilities: Provide clean, sanitary and adequate drinking water. 2.04 CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT A. General: Erect, equip, operate, and maintain all construction equipment in strict accordance with applicable statutes, laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction; including insurance companies, with regard to safety, operation and fire hazard. B. Provide and maintain scaffolding, staging, runways and similar equipment, as needed. Coordinate use and furnishing with subcontractors. C.
