CONTRACT CLOSEOUT <br />Section 01700 <br />15-1207 <br />specified in Section 01300. <br />G. Certifications as described in Section 01300 shall be completed, signed and submitted to <br />Architect per Section 01300. <br />H. Guarantees and warranties shall be submitted to Architect, as specified in General Conditions <br />and Section 01300. <br />Contractor's Final Verified Report (Form DSA 6-C) and other Reports and Affidavits required <br />by Division of State Architect shall be submitted (originals in duplicate to Architect). <br />Deferred Approvals shall be completed and approved by DSA. <br />K. Extra Stock shall be delivered and acknowledged by the Owner in quantities specified. <br />L. Punch List: <br />1. Prior to Architect's punch list, Contractor shall prepare and address initial <br />deficiencies list for all work. Upon completion, this list, verified as completed by the <br />General Contractor, shall be sent to the Architect. <br />2. Contractor shall notify Architect when Contractor, with concurrence of Inspector, feels <br />project is complete enough for preparation of Architect's punch list. <br />3. Architect will then notify appropriate consultants (including civil, mechanical and <br />electrical engineers, landscape architect, food service designer and others as needed) <br />to make their inspections and prepare "punch lists". Consultant "punch lists" must be <br />completed before Architect will make his "punch list". <br />4. Architect will prepare a "punch list". <br />5. Punch lists will be published separately for each building within 14 days of Architect's <br />walk through. <br />6. All work on the punch list, except minor items (as determined by the Architect) shall be <br />completed prior to completion and occupancy. <br />1.04 FINAL ACCEPTANCE <br />A. After requirements preparatory to Final Acceptance have been completed as hereinbefore <br />specified, Contractor shall notify Architect to perform acceptance tour. Notice shall be given <br />at least three days in advance of the time the acceptance tour is to be performed. <br />B. Contractor or his principal superintendents, authorized to act in behalf of Contractor, shall <br />accompany Architect and Inspector on acceptance tour, as well as any principal <br />subcontractors that Architect may request to be present. <br />C. If work has been completed in accordance with Contract Documents, and no further <br />corrective measures are required, Architect will recommend Final Acceptance to the Owner <br />and initiate the filing of the Notice of Completion. <br />D. If work has been substantially completed in accordance with Contract Documents, and only <br />minor corrective measures are required, Architect will recommend that Owner conditionally <br />accept Project and file Notice of Completion based upon Contractor's assurance that <br />corrective measures will be completed within shortest practicable time period (but absolutely <br />not later than 30 days). <br />E <br />
