EARTHWORK <br />Section 02200 <br />15-1207 <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Refer to Section 01300. <br />B. Manufacturer's Data: Submit list and complete descriptive data of all products proposed for <br />use. Include manufacturer's specifications, published warranty or guarantee, installation <br />instructions, and maintenance instructions. <br />1.05 WARRANTY <br />A. Refer to General Conditions and Section 01300. <br />1.06 REFERENCES AND STANDARDS <br />A. General: Site survey, included in the drawings, was prepared by MCR Engineering, dated <br />June 2015, and is the basis for data regarding current conditions. While the survey is <br />deemed generally accurate, there exists discrepancies and variations due to elapsed time, <br />weather, etc. Existing dirt grades may vary 0.2 ft. from that shown. <br />B. Geotechnical Engineering Report was prepared by Condor Earth Technologies dated May <br />2015. Report is entitled Geotechnical Engineering and Geological Hazard Study, and is <br />on file with Architect. Soils information is taken from this Report. Contractor is responsible <br />for any conclusions drawn from this data; should he prefer not to assume such risk he is <br />under obligation to employ his own experts to analyze available information and/or to make <br />additional explorations, at no cost to Owner, upon which to base his conclusions. Neither <br />Owner, Soils Engineer nor Architect guarantees information will be continuous over entire <br />site of work. <br />C. Site Visitation: All bidders interfacing with existing conditions shall visit the site prior to bid to <br />verify general conditions of improvements. Discrepancies must be reported prior to the bid <br />for clarification. <br />D.
