APPARATUS FILL <br />Section 02925 <br />15-1207 <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Refer to Section 01300. <br />B. Manufacturer's Data: Submit list and complete descriptive data of all products proposed for <br />use. Include manufacturer's specifications, published warranty or guarantee, installation <br />instructions, and maintenance instructions. In addition, provide test reports showing <br />conformance of the materials as required by Article 1.03 of this specification. <br />C. Samples: The following samples are required. Submit per Section 01300. <br />Submit sample for each system component to Architect for review. As a minimum, <br />provide a sample of the engineered wood fiber material, subsurface drainage matrix, <br />drainage fabric and impact attenuation mat. <br />D. Submit executed Guarantee of Contractor/Subcontractor per Article 1.05. <br />E. Supplier must provide product liability insurance certificate with project owner named as <br />certificate holder, prior to delivery. <br />1.05 GUARANTEE <br />A. Supplier must provide written manufacturer's 25 -year warranty against loss of resiliency and <br />lifetime warranty on drainage fabric material. <br />1.06 REFERENCES AND STANDARDS <br />A. Title 24, Part 2, CCR, California Building Code. <br />B. ASTM F1292, Standard for cushioning falls <br />C. ASTM F1951, ADA Accessibility Requirements <br />1.07 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING <br />A. Deliver undamaged products to job in manufacturer's sealed containers and/or original <br />bundles with tags and labels intact. <br />B. Store materials in protected, dry conditions off of ground and in areas as to avoid <br />contamination by sand, gravel, mud and native soil. Storage location should not interfere <br />with the progress of the work. <br />C. Transport, store and handle in strict accord with the manufacturer's written <br />recommendations. <br />D. Make delivery to job when notified by Contractor verifying that the job is ready to receive the <br />work of this Section and that arrangements have been made to properly store, handle and <br />protect such materials and work. <br />1.08 QUALIFICATIONS <br />A. Installer shall be certified by the wood fiber safety surfacing system representative prior to <br />installation. <br />2 <br />
