Provide per Section 01700, Project Closeout Procedures. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />2.01 DESIGN REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Wood I Joists shall have a current Division ICC -ES evaluation listing or report at the time of <br />bid to be considered for this project. <br />B. Acceptable Manufacturers: <br />1. RedBuilt LLC, 200 E. Mallard Dr., Boise, Idaho 83706 <br />2. Roseburg Forest Products, P.O. Box 1088, Roseburg, Oregon 97470 <br />C. Alternates and/or Equals: <br />1. Due to the customized detailing and engineering characteristics of the roof and/or floor <br />framing assembly, RedBuilt LLC products per ICC ES Report ESR -2994 have been <br />used in preparation of construction documents. <br />2. Alternative products will be considered for approval as an alternate bid providing the <br />dimensions and details shall be compatible with the other components of the total <br />structural system , the products have a current ICC ES evaluation listing and the <br />following minimum criteria is equal or exceeds that of the specified product. <br />a. Allowable bending moment. <br />b. Allowable shear strength. <br />C. Moment of inertia. <br />d. Modules of elasticity. <br />e. Manufacturing tolerances. <br />2.02 MATERIALS <br />A. Flanges: Red -Lam (LVL) members complying with ICC ES Report No. ESR -2993. Moisture <br />content shall be between 7 and 16 percent. <br />B. Webs: 3/8" or 7/16" Performance Plus OSB meeting the latest edition of Department of <br />Commerce (DOC) Voluntary Product Standard PS 2, Exposure 1. <br />C.
