Waterproofing Membrane: Dryflex, polymer based, water-resistant coating as manufactured <br />by Dryvit or accepted equal. Install over brown coat and below finish coat at all sloped, non - <br />vertical cement plaster surfaces. <br />T. Pressure Washer Detergent: Martins 650 -MC (mould control) as manufactured by <br />AaquaTools, Inc. of Rancho Cordova, CA (800) 777-2922 accepted or equal. <br />U. Waterproof Coating (for cement plaster on CMU & concrete wall installations): Super <br />Blockade, one -component, cementitious waterproof coating as manufactured by Merlex <br />Stucco or accepted equal. <br />V. Bonding Agent (for cement plaster on CMU & concrete wall installations): Weld -Crete as <br />manufactured by Larsen Products Corporation, Superhold as manufactured by Merlex Stucco <br />or accepted equal. <br />W. Parge Coat (for leveling brown coat surface): "Genesis DM" DS452 dry mix, polymer - <br />modified, cementitious adhesive and base coat as manufactured by Dryvit Systems, Inc. or <br />accepted equal. <br />X.
