Product Description: <br />Linoleum Sheet Flooring manufactured by Deutsche Linoleum Werke (DLW) <br />a. The product shall consist of a homogeneous mixture of linoleum cement (linseed <br />oil, natural tree resins, drying oil catalysts), wood flour, limestone, color pigments <br />mixed and calendared onto a jute fabric backing. Colors and pattern detail shall <br />be dispersed throughout the thickness of the wear layer. <br />b. Linoleum sheet shall conform to the requirements of ASTM F 2034 <br />1) Comply to EN 548: Linoleum <br />2) Calendared Floor Covering: 100% Homogeneous Wear Layer <br />3) Backing: Jute fabric <br />4) Sheet width: 200cm <br />5) Sheet length app. 28M <br />6) Pattern: reference product line <br />7) Overall Thickness: Refer to `product line' above <br />8) Wearlayer Thickness: app 3.4mm <br />9) Seaming Method: Heat welded. <br />10) Adhesive Method: <br />a) Full -spread adhesive coverage to completely adhere flooring to sub- <br />strate. <br />3 <br />
