EPDXY FLOORING <br />W/ VAPOR CONTROL <br />Section 09705 <br />15-1207 <br />2. Submit 2-1/2" x 4" samples of color chips for selection from complete color chart. <br />3. Topcoat samples with nonslip textures, as specified, for owner's approval. <br />D. Submit executed Guarantee of Contractor/Subcontractor per Article 1.05. <br />E. Letter from manufacturer offering joint applicator/manufacturer labor/material warranty with <br />this particular installer on this specific project. <br />F. Reference Projects: Provide names and contact information for at least 3 projects similar to <br />this project and using the specified system or the complete proposed equivalent system that <br />are at least 5 years old and were installed by this Installing Contracting Company with the <br />crew who will install this project. Reference installations must be within 25 miles of this <br />project. <br />1.05 GUARANTEE <br />A. Refer to General Conditions and Section 01300. <br />B. Submit fully executed Guarantee with submittal package required by Article 1.04. <br />1.06 REFERENCES AND STANDARDS <br />A. California Green Building Standards Code, current edition, as adopted by the California <br />Division of the State Architect (DSA). <br />1.07 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING <br />A. Deliver materials in original packages and containers with seals unbroken and bearing <br />manufacturer's labels containing brand name and directions for storage and mixing with the <br />other components. <br />B. Store materials in protected, dry conditions off of ground and in areas so as to not interfere <br />with the progress of the work. <br />C. Transport, store and handle in strict accord with the manufacturer's written <br />recommendations. <br />D. Make delivery to job when notified by Contractor verifying that the job is ready to receive the <br />work of this Section and that arrangements have been made to properly store, handle and <br />protect such materials and work. <br />1.08 PROJECT CONDITIONS <br />A. Do not install coating materials on damp or wet surfaces. <br />B. Proceed with work only when weather conditions will permit materials to be applied in <br />accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. <br />C. Permanent lighting and HVAC shall be in place and working before installing epoxy flooring <br />system. <br />D. Provide dust control and ventilate area where flooring is being installed <br />2 <br />
