COMPOSITE TOILET PARTITIONS <br />Section 10170 <br />15-1207 <br />PART 2 -PRODUCTS <br />2.01 MANUFACTURER <br />A. Floor Mounted, Overhead Braced type, SierraSeries as manufactured by Bobrick Washroom <br />Equipment, Inc., represented by R. E. Edwards & Associates (925) 829-2942, or approved <br />equal meeting requirements specified herein, modified as shown on the Drawings. <br />2.02 MOUNTING CONFIGURATIONS <br />A. Toilet Partitions/Shower Dividers/Dressing Compartments: <br />Overhead -braced (1092.67 Series). <br />B. Urinal Screens: <br />Post -to -Ceiling (1093 Series). <br />2.03 COMPONENTS/MATERIALS <br />A. Stiles, Panels, Doors, and Screens <br />1. Stiles, Panels, Doors, and Screens shall be all be manufactured from Solid Color <br />Reinforced Composite material. <br />2. Door width at disabled accessible stalls: 36 inches clear opening. <br />B. Toilet Partition Material <br />1. Toilet partitions shall be constructed of Solid Color Reinforced Composite material, <br />which is composed of dyes, organic fibrous material, and polycarbonate/phenolic <br />resins. Material shall have a non -ghosting, graffiti -resistant surface integrally bonded to <br />core through a series of manufacturing steps requiring thermal and mechanical <br />pressure. Edges of material shall be the same color as the surface. <br />2. Subject to compliance with the material performance requirements, toilet partitions <br />manufactured by others may be constructed from Solid Surface materials including, but <br />not limited to: <br />a. DupontTM Corian® <br />b. WilsonAe Gibraltar' <br />C. WilsonAe EarthStoneTM <br />3. Toilet partitions constructed of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or High Density <br />Polypropylene will not be acceptable. <br />C. Finish Thickness <br />1. Stiles and doors shall be 3/4" (19 mm). <br />2. Panels and benches shall be 1/2" (13 mm). <br />D. Hardware <br />All hardware to be 18-8, type -304 stainless steel with satin finish. <br />4 <br />
