Provide Component Hardware <br />Group, Inc., model No. S81-1520 one (1) per drawer. Pan should be easily lifted <br />out of drawer frame for cleaning. <br />E. Drawer face panel to be constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel double pan <br />construction. Single metal drawer faces are not be acceptable. <br />ITEM 11 - WORK COUNTER (1 REQ'D) <br />Custom Model FABRICATED <br />Fabricated assembly in length and configuration as shown on the drawings and shall include the <br />following: To be constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel complete with an enclosed base cabinet with <br />stainless steel finished ends and back. Provide accessible work area as shown. <br />A. Work area top to be 14 gauge stainless steel with a 14 gauge stainless steel backsplash <br />at back 2" thick with a 45 degree top edge to wall, turn down '/2' at back. Top to be <br />complete with 2" turn downs on 3 sides and a working height of 2'-10". <br />B. Base section to be 16 gauge stainless steel formed metal construction complete with 16 <br />gauge stainless steel bottom and mid shelves. <br />D. Provide 1 5/8" dia. Stainless steel tube legs with Component Hardware Group, Inc. A10- <br />0851 adjustable foot insert. <br />E. Items to be included as part of this Item are Item No. 10. <br />F. Approximate size: 36" deep by length as shown on the drawings. <br />ITEM 12 - PREP SINK (1 REQ'D) <br />Custom Model FABRICATED ITEM <br />Fabricated assembly in length and configuration as shown on the drawings and shall include the <br />following: <br />A. Work area top to be 14 gauge stainless steel with a 14 gauge stainless steel <br />backsplash at back 2" thick with a 45 degree top edge to wall, turn down '/2' at <br />back. Top to be constructed with a "rolled" edge as shown. Drain boards are to <br />slope per NSF guidelines to sinks. <br />B. One (1) 14 gauge stainless steel formed and welded sink 18" x 24" x 12" deep. <br />(Die cast sink bowls are not acceptable). <br />C. Legs to be 16 gauge stainless steel tubular, stainless steel welded leg sockets, <br />stainless steel adjustable feet and stainless steel cross rail bracing. Provide 16 gauge <br />stainless steel under shelf as shown. <br />D. Approximate size: 30" deep as shown. <br />Accessories: <br />1 ea.
