Tank charts are tables with values that list the that list the dipstick value associated with the gallons in the tank. See example below of a tank chart. There are multiple pages that list various values of the fuel level and volume of the fuel. Sheets M.5.3.04, M.5.3.05, M.5.3.06 are diagrams of the tank with details. Please see sheets M.5.3.04.1, M.5.3.05.1, M.5.3.06.1, M.5.6.03.1, <image003.jpg> 4) The section on vacuum zones on M.5.3.09 lists vapor recovery under 87 Zone 1 only. Please include documentation for 91 vapor recovery piping. 91 on this page only shows vacuum zones for product (zone 5), vent (zone 6) and crossover (zone 7). Can this be a condition that forms for ust system/equipment installed will be submitted prior to final chec a supervi 7) Tank sizes on the application does not match tank sizes in the installation plans. Page 3 and 6 of the application list that there will be two 20,000 gallon tanks and one 25,000 gallon tank. The installation plans (page M.5.3.01) list two 25,000 gallon tanks and one 20,000 gallon tank. Please clarify by updating the application or updating the install plans. All the tank fill sumps will have OPW spill containers, except for the Diesel only tanks which will have both OPW and Franklin Fueling spill containers? OPW will be used. Franklin fueling were removed. Please see revised sheet M.5.3.05. b. Will all the OPW spill containers be OPW 1-2100-EVR? This is the cut sheet submitted but the listed part number on the application is PK2-40FLMP-S. Is that a packaged part number that includes the 1-2100-EVR? PK2-40FLMP-S is an old part #. Please see revised sheet M.5.3.01 & new cutsheets. The install plans for the tank section details for OPW fill sumps show to look at A, B, C on M.5.3.17, but that page only has A, D, E, F, G (no B or C). Are there B and C on an updated page? Please see revised sheets M.5.3.17, M.5.3.04, M.5.3.05. Is Adolf Alves, Scot Alves and Adolf Scot Alves the same person? Different certifications were submitted for those 3 names. Same person Are Ronnie Lewis and Brian Roth Sr are certified for Containment Solutions Installation? If so, they would need their own cards like the card the Scot Alves that was submitted. Required certifications will follow shortly as soon as received from contractor Savidge Construction Inc. f. An ICC service technician certificate was submitted for Ronnie Lewis, but no certifications for parts, what parts will he be installing?
