Water for site operations is supplied by twe-on-site <br />production wells: a -i,OOG500 -gpm agriculture wel l. which is located at the southeast corner of <br />the RRF near the landfill entrance faci lities and a 20 gpm domestic well l 2-inch line ) fl€af <br />along the RRF property eastern boundary bui lding(see Figure 2 l. The RRF has a ~10 ,OOO ­ <br />gallon pressurized water tank. Portable toilets and hand washing facilities are also located at <br />the RRF. located near the 'Nood pile . Water uses inc lude site grading and material processing, <br />dust control, equ ipment maintenance operations, sanitary facil ities, fire fighting, and <br />emergency situations. <br />3.3.9 Sanitary Facilities (14 CCR. Section 17409.2) <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17409.2, sanitary facilities are available for station <br />personnel and the public at the RRF. Portable toilets are provided and are serviced twice a <br />week. 1\ total of seven portab le to ilets arc IDeated at the site. Two handieap accessib le <br />portab le toilets are located adjacent to the landfill office , two are located at the RRF, one-is-tn <br />the maintenance yard, one is located near the eastern ash disposal pit and one is located on <br />the bin storage pad . Hand washing facilities are located in, {or near}; each portable toilet~-afH:i <br />an additional facility is near the landfill office trailer. The sanitary facilities are inspected and <br />maintained on a routine basis and are kept in a reasonably clean and adequately supplied <br />condition in accordance with 14 CCR. Section 17409.2. <br />3.3.10 Visual Screening (14 CCR. Section 17419.1) <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17419.1, the RRF was designed and is operated to <br />provide an attractive and aesthetically acceptable appearance. The RRF is not open to the <br />public . The southern and eastern (Austin Road) sides of the RRF have a 5-foot high earthen <br />berm to limit the site visibility from the road. In addition, the eastern side of the site (Austin <br />Road) and the landfill entrance area have been landscaped with trees and brush. Operations <br />are conducted to minimize the effects of material handling (i.e .. litter mitigation onto the <br />surrounding lands ). Maintenance of the site is conducted in a timely manner to further reduce <br />potentia Ily u naccepta ble aesthetics. <br />3.4 Record Keeping (14 CCR. Section 17414) <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414, all records are maintained at either the RRF or <br />the on-site landfi ll officeadm i nistration building located at 9999 South Austin Road, <br />Stoc l<ton, California for a period of at least three years. In addition, the operator will notify <br />the LEA by telephone within 24 hours of all incidents requiring the implementation of <br />emergency procedures in accordance with 14 CCR. Section 17414(d). <br />3.4.1 Weight and Volume Records (14 CCR.
