3-20 <br />actions to resolve the complaints are kept on site and available upon request. in accordance <br />with the site's SWFP. <br />3.4.5 Operator Notification <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(f), the operator maintains a copy of the written <br />notification sent to the LEA. The notification contains of the name s, address ~ and telephone <br />number of the operator or other person(s) responsible for the operations at the facility . <br />3.4.6 Employee Training Records <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(g), the operator maintains records of employee <br />training. Based on job description, staff training typically includes the following: <br />• Recycling operations and resident ial residual waste removal <br />• Station monitoring and maintenance <br />• Hazardous materials recognition (Load Checking Program) <br />• Equipment use and maintenance <br />• Environmental controls <br />• Emergency procedures <br />Personnel training is discussed in Section 3.1.1.1. <br />3.4.7 Disposal Reporting <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(h), records will be maintained which contain tfl.e <br />disposal report i ng requirements in accordance with contained i n 14 CCR, Section 18809 <br />withffi regard s to seHG-waste origin. Additionally, the RRF currently records the time at which <br />the combined tonnage limit of 4,180 8 .668 tpd teAs-is reached where upon the RRF must <br />close. However, upon issuance of th e rev ised SVVfP, t he RRf 'Ivill no longer be c losing at <br />t hat tonnage l i mit as this TPR p roposes the RRF to be a 500 TPD f ac il ity irrega rdless of the <br />tonnage accepted at t he Fo rwa rd l andfill. <br />3.5 Documentation of Enforcement Agency Approval. Determinations and <br />Requirements (14 CCR.
