1-2 <br />The purpose of this document is to present updated i nformation on the RRF to accurately <br />reflect current operational condit ions , present the proposed recycling transfer o perations, <br />and to revise the mdsting 1995 Solid Waste Facilities Permit (S\h/FP). This TPR, which <br />replaces the 1993 Report of Stat ion Information (RS I), a lso meets eurrent changes i n <br />tmnsfer station perm itting regulat ions . <br />1.2 Proposed Changes to Operations <br />Proposed operational changes to the RRF include the following: <br />• No lon ger sorts or se parates materials. The transfer station receives trucks that <br />offload rec yclables into the transfer station buildin g and loads them back i nto trucks <br />that haul them to a permitted rec yclable facility. <br />• Inc l usion of transfer opemtions for m ixed recyolables . <br />• Allowanoe fo r continued operation of the wood ' .... aste pro cessing. <br />• to conduct recyolables sort i ng operations contingent on marl<et conditions and <br />future refuse hau li ng contracts <br />The TPR also presents minor changes in the site 's desi gn and conditions , operations aM <br />station configuration since the last Five -Year Perm it Review 1993 RSI vl'as prepared and the <br />1995 SWFP ',vas issued . <br />1.3 Owner/Operator (14 CCR. Section 18221.6 (a ) and (0 ») <br />The RRF is pr esentl y owned and operated by Forward, Inc. The resume for Forward Inc. is <br />included in Append ix A. <br />1.4 Site Location (14 CCR. Section 18221.6 (b)) <br />The fao i lity physical site address is 9999 South Austin Road, Stoc l<ton Manteca , California. <br />The RRF is located in the southeastern corner of the Forward Landfill property (SWIS ~Jo. 39 <br />AA 0015). The site is located in Section 3 of Township lS, Range 7E of the Mount Diablo <br />Baseline and Meridian as shown on Figure 1. The Assessor's Parcel Number for the RRF is <br />201-060-03. <br />1.5 Site Plan and Description (14 CCR.
