Correct today. <br /> Observed gap between right side window to outside due to extension cord running through window. Seal gap or close <br /> window completely so that there is not gap. Correct within 3 days. <br /> The front service windows did not have a screen of cover and were open to the outside. Per operator they use a wooden <br /> block to cover openings during nonoperational hours. Provide screens for windows that have 16 mesh per square inch to <br /> keep facility vermin-proof.
