0 r <br />waddles, blown straw, track walking the side slopes, erosion matting in drainage areas, rock bags, etc., are all BMPs that <br />can be installed to control erosion at the site. Based on other regional landfills erosion and leachate issues, and the <br />change in the intensity of storms that now come through our region, it is recommended the County install additional <br />BMPs to winterize the landfill as required by the WDRs. <br />Staff looks forward to the 18 December 2018 letter and recommends the Discharger not delay in implementation of <br />additional BMPs.
