FOOTHILL SANITARY LAND FILL, INC® - 2 - <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> 5. Any surface runoff from the drainage area tributary <br /> to this site shall be excluded from the disposal site. <br /> 6. The, top of the site shall be graded to promote lateral <br /> runoff of precipitation and prevent ponding. <br /> 7. No waste shall be placed belovq an elevation of 225 feet <br /> above mean sea level, USCS datum. <br /> RESOLVED, further, that wastes discharged at this site shall not con- <br /> tain any Class I materials; and <br /> RESOLVED, further, that the attached 01Explanation of Requirements" (Ap- <br /> pendix A) is a part of these requirements; and <br /> RESOLVED, further, that the discharger may be required to furnish tech- <br /> nical or monitoring program reports; and <br /> RESOLVED, further, that the discharger shall report promptly to the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, any <br /> material change or proposed change in the character, location, or volume of <br /> the discharge. <br /> This resolution does not constitue a license or permit; neither does it <br /> authorize the commission of any act resulting in injury to the property of <br /> another, nor does it protect the discharger from his liabilities under fed- <br /> eral, state, or local laws. <br /> The Board will-review this resolution periodically, and may revise the <br /> requirements when necessary. <br /> Chairman <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Executive Officer 9/16/70 eec/cs <br />
