Easements for utilities shall be as required by P.G.&E. , PT&T, the City of Stockton, and all other public utilities. The provisions of Chapter 21 of Ordinance 2614, as amended, requiring undergrounding of utilities shall apply. 4. Plans for all improvements to be approved by San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the Final Map. 5. Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with standards and requirements of the Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the Final Map. 6. Water system or methods shall conform to the requirements of the Local Health District and the Department of Public Works. The existing well on the property is to be aban- doned under permit and inspection of the Local Health District. 7. An adequate water supply for tire protection with fire hydrants and connections shall be installed in conformance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and Country Club Fire District. 8. A county service area shall be formed prior to the acceptance of the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance and improvement of storm drainage systems, water systems, street lighting systems, and solid waste disposal. 9. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in said section. 10. A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section 9-1507 of Ordinance No. 2634, as amended, shall be required. 11 . Right-of-way access on east Ambler Lane shall have a minimum of 24 feet of paving to County standards. 12. Fencing is to be provided on western boundary. 13. Circle is to be posted as one-way. The design changes are incorporated in the present map. The subdivider allowed the Tentative Map to expire.
