All improvements shall be in conformance with the require- <br /> ments of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 3. Easements for utilities shall be as required by P.G.&E. , <br /> PT&T, the City of Stockton, and all other public utilities. <br /> The provisions of Chapter 21 of Ordinance 2614, as amended, <br /> requiring undergrounding of utilities shall apply. <br /> 4. Plans for all improvements to be approved by San Joaquin <br /> County Department of Public Works prior to consideration of <br /> the Final Map. <br /> 5. Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with <br /> standards and requirements of the Department of Public <br /> Works prior to consideration of the Final Map. <br /> 6. Water system or methods shall conform to the requirements <br /> of the Local Health District and the Department of Public <br /> Works. The existing well on the property is to be aban- <br /> doned under permit and inspection of the Local Health <br /> District. <br /> 7. An adequate water supply for tire protection with fire <br /> hydrants and connections shall be installed in conformance <br /> with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and Country <br /> Club Fire District. <br /> 8. A county service area shall be formed prior to the acceptance <br /> of the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance <br /> and improvement of storm drainage systems, water systems, <br /> street lighting systems, and solid waste disposal. <br /> 9. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, <br /> the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value <br /> as defined in said section. <br /> 10. A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section 9-1507 <br /> of Ordinance No. 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 11 . Right-of-way access on east Ambler Lane shall have a minimum <br /> of 24 feet of paving to County standards. <br /> 12. Fencing is to be provided on western boundary. <br /> 13. Circle is to be posted as one-way. <br /> The design changes are incorporated in the present map. <br /> The subdivider allowed the Tentative Map to expire. <br />
