The LFG collection system and flare station will be designed to process a maximum of 2,000 scfrn <br />of LFG at the time of installation. The system will be expanded as needed to comply with <br />applicable regulations as more LFG is produced due to the future placement of refuse. <br />5. Fuels and Burners Used <br />The primary fuel for the flare will be landfill gas (LFG). Bottled propane will be used as pilot gas <br />to start the flare. After the flare is started, the use of propane will cease. The flare will be <br />designed to combust up to 2,000 scfm LFG. <br />6. Process and Instrumentation Flow Diagram <br />A Process and Instrumentation flow diagram is included (Figure 6). <br />7. Equipment Drawings <br />Equipment drawings will be based on the final design, not yet available.
