nutria; provided, however, that such opertions be main- <br />tained a minimum distance of one hundred (100) feet from <br />the nearest property line; <br />(b) Nut hulling and shelling; <br />(c) Alfalfa dehydrators; <br />(d) Warehouses for the storage of grain and oLhec faun <br />produce; <br />(e) Farm produce stands; <br />(f) Gas and/or oil wells in areas not designated for urban <br />development in the General Plan; <br />(g) Hunting and fishing clubs; <br />(h) Dwellings, Section 9-3223 notwithstanding, which are <br />accessory to dairies or poultry farms whose operational <br />characteristics and methods require the operator to pro- <br />vide certain of his farm workers with living quarters on <br />the premises. A density of dwelling units in excess of <br />the density otherwise permitted by the zone in which the <br />property is located may be permitted; <br />(i) Accessory uses customarily incidental to above; <br />(j) Wholesale and retail nurseries and greenhouses; <br />(k) Labor camps. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 1447, 2507, 2831, 2867, 3009, 3098, 3182. <br />SECTION 9-4102.1. USES SUBJECT TO SITE APPROVAL. The <br />following uses are permitted subject to Site Approval: <br />(a) Gas and/or oil wells located in areas designated in the <br />adopted General Plan for urban development; <br />(b) Truck parking, when accessory to a single-family <br />residence; <br />(c) Commercial, boarding and public stables, riding <br />academies; <br />(d) Commercial pea and bean viners, contract harvesting, and <br />agricultural services essential to the use of the land <br />for farming purposes; <br />(e) Receiving, relay and transmission towers and antennas; <br />(f) Farms devoted to the hatching, raising, dressing, and <br />marketing for commercial purposes of fish or frogs; pro- <br />vided, however that the toe of the slope of the ponds be <br />maintained a minimum distance of ten (10) feet from the <br />nearest property line or such greater distance as may be <br />determined by the Board of Zoning Adjustment as necessary <br />to protect adjacent property; <br />(g) Public parks, public recreational grounds and buildings, <br />public buildings, public schools; <br />(h) Private educational institutions, private recreation, <br />club or fraternal recreation, commercial recreation; <br />(i) Libraries, museums, art galleries; <br />(j) Community centers, lodges, clubhouses; <br />4.11 Revised 6/14/85 <br />13.2-2 <br />
