Recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve Zone <br /> Reclassification No. ZR-87-34 , based upon the "Bases for Zone <br /> Reclassification Action" in the staff report. <br /> 3 . Certify Environmental Impact Report No. ER-86-3 with a Finding of <br /> Significant Environmental Impacts (Attachment A in staff report ) <br /> and a Statement of Overriding Considerations (Attachment B in staff <br /> report ) . <br /> 4 . Approve Major Subdivision No. SU-86-12, based upon the "Findings <br /> for Major Subdivision Action, " subject to the "Conditions of <br /> Approval" in the staff report, as well as those revised below, and <br /> subject to the approval of Zone Reclassifica.tioa.-No. ZR-87-34 by <br /> the Board of Supervisors. <br /> Revised Conditions: _ <br /> 1. (a ) The Public Report filed with the State Department of Real <br /> Estate shall indicate the current and possible increased <br /> activity at the Tracy Municipal Airport and the related <br /> noise potential from aircraft in the project area. <br /> 1 . ( b) The Public Report filed with the State Department of Real <br /> Estate shall reference the County' s right-to-farm <br /> ordinance. <br /> 2 . ( b) A master circulation plan shall be prepared for the area <br /> approved by GP-86-1/ZR-87-34 .
