<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a 
<br />well-fitting self-closing door.  Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet.  The number of toilet 
<br />facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances.  Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons: in

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Floor and hard to reach corners, underneath the cooking equipments and 3 comp sink, 2 D upright 
<br />cooler have grease, food debris and build up. Detail clean these areas today and as needed. This is repeated violation.
<br />I observe many missing floor tiles, underneath the griddle at the cook line. Replace floor tiles in 3 weeks. 
<br />I observe 2 missing base tiles, underneath the 1 comp back hand sink. Replace base tiles in 3 weeks.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces.  All floor
