f. Establishing a work force sufficient to commence and sustain the scope of <br /> work <br /> g. This pay item does not include mobilization of drill rigs for installing LFG wells. <br /> 1. Demobilization includes: <br /> a. Removal of equipment, tools, surplus materials and parts, refuse and supplies <br /> generated by the work from the landfill site and work areas. <br /> b. Restoring work areas to equal or better condition than as before the start of <br /> work, to the satisfaction of the Engineer. <br /> C. Additional Mobilization and Demobilization for Drill Rigs for LFG Well Installation. <br /> Mobilization and Demobilization for Drill Rigs will be paid at the lump sum price per as <br /> identified in the Bid Sheet. Price shall include transportation and related costs for <br /> delivering, setting up, and removing drill rigs. <br /> D. LFG Well <br /> Payment for the LFG well shall be per linear feet. Measurement of well depths shall <br /> be made with a weighted measuring tape before well installation. Payment shall <br /> include all labor, materials and overhead costs for the installation of the LFG wells in <br /> accordance with the construction drawings and as specified here-in. Proper disposal <br /> of all refuse and debris generated from LFG well installation shall be part of the <br /> payment. <br /> E. LFG Well Above-Ground Surface Finish <br /> a. LFG Well Above-Ground Surface Finish will be paid per unit price as quoted in <br /> the bid sheet. <br /> b. Payment includes installing well skirt, compaction of materials at the well head <br /> as shown on the Drawings, and installing the above-ground well head. <br /> F. LFG Well Below-Ground Surface Finish <br /> a. LFG Well Below-Ground Surface Finish will be per unit price as quoted in the <br /> bid sheet. <br /> b.
