According to The Poster, semi-permanent hair <br />color should be placed in the State Toxic HW tote. Whitney placed the semi-permanent hair color into the State <br />Toxic HW tote at the time of inspection. <br />- Two containers of Artic Fox Semi -Permanent Hair Color (IMG 3475). According to The Poster, semi-permanent <br />hair color should be placed in the State Toxic HW tote. Whitney placed the semi-permanent hair color into the State <br />Toxic HW tote at the time of inspection. <br />- Three containers of One N' Only Argan Oil Semi -Permanent Hair Color (IMG 3476). According to The Poster, <br />semi-permanent hair color should be placed in the State Toxic HW tote. Whitney placed the semi-permanent hair <br />color into the State Toxic HW tote at the time of inspection. <br />- Two containers of Wella Color Charm Permanent Liquid Hair Color (IMG 3478, 3489). According to The Poster, <br />permanent hair color should be placed in the Corrosive Bases HW tote, however, according to the label on the <br />Flammables HW tote and the HW Training Guide, liquid permanent hair color should be placed in the Flammables <br />HW tote, while cream permanent hair color should be placed in the Corrosive Bases HW tote. Whitney left the <br />Wella Permanent Liquid Hair Color in the Flammables HW tote. <br />- A box containing a tube of Gigi #1 Bleaching Cream containing hydrogen peroxide and a tube of Gigi #2 Cream <br />Activator containing ammonium hydroxide (IMG 3479-3482). According to The Poster, items containing ammonium <br />hydroxide should be placed in the Corrosive Bases HW tote. According to the hazardous waste training guide, there <br />should be only one item per bag (IMG 3454). Whitney placed the cream activator in a separate bag and placed it in <br />the Corrosive Bases HW tote. <br />- An ASP Quick Dip Acrylic Powder Nail Color Starter Kit containing two containers of acrylic powder nail color <br />containing benzoyl peroxide, three bottles of nail polish, and a bottle of brush cleaner containing acetone (IMG <br />3483-3485). According to The Poster, items containing peroxides should be placed in the Oxidizers HW tote. Also, <br />according to the How to Categorize Products - California video on the Athena application, acrylic powder nail color <br />should be placed in the Oxidizers HW tote. According to the hazardous waste training guide, there should be only <br />one item per bag. Whitney placed the two containers of acrylic powder nail color into a separate bag and placed it in <br />the Oxidizers HW tote. <br />- Three containers of ASP Bonding Acrylic Powder containing benzoyl peroxide (IMG 3486). According to The <br />Poster, items containing peroxides should be placed in the Oxidizers HW tote. Also, according to the How to <br />Categorize Products - California video on the Athena application, acrylic powder nail color should be placed in the <br />Oxidizers HW tote. Whitney placed the acrylic powder into the Oxidizers HW tote. <br />- Two containers of Beauty Secrets Acrylic Nail Powder containing benzoyl peroxide, and had a warning label <br />stating "Keep away from heat and open flames" (IMG3487-3488). According to The Poster, items containing <br />peroxides should be placed in the Oxidizers HW tote, however because the warning label on the item indicated the <br />item was flammable, Whitney left the Beauty Secrets Acrylic Nail Powder in the Flammables HW tote. <br />- A Bitzy Glitter Cream Eyeshadow (IMG 3490-3491). According to The Poser, face & body cosmetic products <br />including creams, glitter and eyeshadows, should be placed in the State Toxic HW tote. Whitney placed the <br />eyeshadow into the State Toxic HW tote. <br />- An Ion Anti -Frizz Solutions Gel Styling Mist (IMG 3497). According to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for this item, <br />this item is classified as not flammable (IMG 3498). Whitney placed this sytling mist into the State Toxic HW tote. <br />- A Roux'Tween Time Instant Root Concealer (IMG 3501).
