According to The Poster, semi-permanent hair color should be placed in the State Toxic HW tote. Whitney placed the eyeshadow into the State Toxic HW tote. - An Ion Anti -Frizz Solutions Gel Styling Mist (IMG 3497). According to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for this item, this item is classified as not flammable (IMG 3498). Whitney placed this sytling mist into the State Toxic HW tote. - A Roux'Tween Time Instant Root Concealer (IMG 3501).
