(Planning, Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors)" <br />• The above referenced Implementation Measures will be evaluated as part of the <br />General Plan Study and Specific Plan for the expanded area. <br />Industrial Development Policies Development and Locational Criteria (Volume I, pp. IV -31 to IV - <br />32) <br />Developmentand Locational Criteria: Limited Industrial areas shall: <br />(A) be developed so that industrial activities are conducted entirely within enclosed <br />buildings and outdoorstorage areas are screened: <br />This requirement will be addressed at the time of development. <br />(B) be developed so that buildings are no more than 100 feet in height and occupy no <br />more than 60 percent of the lot area except in areas zoned Warehouse Industrial <br />where they shall occupy no more than 40 percent of the lot area (see Table III -1); <br />This requirement will be addressed at the time of development. <br />(C) be located on a Minor Arterial or higher classification roadway; <br />Mountain House Parkway is classified as a MajorArterial. <br />(D) be located in areas served by, or planned to be served by, a wastewater treatment <br />plant, a water system, and a drainage system, all of which shall be public, unless <br />only one parcel is involved. A limited number of areas may be zoned for <br />development on septic tanks. The uses in these area shall not individually or <br />collectively generate wastewater whose volume or quality require a sewage <br />treatment plant.
