In the 1993 photo, the shop can be seen on the northern part of the Site. <br />In the 2003 photo, construction is underway on the new homes to be located to <br />the east of the Site. Several objects can be seen stored on the northern part of <br />the Site. <br />In the 2013 photo, the adjacent houses to the east have been completed. The <br />items have been removed from storage on the northern part of the Site. A pile, <br />possibly of tires, can be seen on the west side of the shop on the northern part of <br />the Site. Vehicle storage can be seen at the adjacent house to the west of the <br />southern part of the Site. <br />In the 2021 photo, a few small sheds can be seen behind the house on the <br />southern part of the Site. The pile to the west of the shop has been removed. <br />These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report. <br />4.0 SITE INSPECTION <br />Live Oak inspected the site on September 16, 2021. Photographs of the Site are <br />attached to this report as Appendix 2. The perimeter of the Site and the vicinity <br />of the structures on the Site were inspected. <br />A house, a shop, and a storage building are located on the southern parcel of the <br />Site (3212). A domestic well was observed to the south of the house. Two <br />mobile above -ground storage tanks were observed on the north side of the <br />storage building, and a closed waste oil drum was observed on the north side of <br />the shop. Two pole -mounted transformers were noted on the parcel; both looked <br />relatively new, but only one was labeled free of polychlorinated biphenyls <br />(PCBs). No staining was observed at either transformer. Mr. Marsili pointed out <br />the locations of the domestic septic system (east of the house) and the septic <br />system for the shop bathroom (east of the shop). <br />The northern parcel of the Site was vacant except for a large shop building. Four <br />tires were stored on the west side of the shop; some of these were labeled <br />"keep." <br />The adjoining properties to the west and east were rural residences. <br />Farming/construction equipment storage was observed at the adjacent house to <br />the west of the southern parcel. Open grazing land and a house were located to <br />the north of the Site. A vineyard was located to the south. <br />LOGE 2149 3 <br />
