In the 1993 photo, the shop can be seen on the northern part of the Site. In the 2003 photo, construction is underway on the new homes to be located to the east of the Site. Several objects can be seen stored on the northern part of the Site. In the 2013 photo, the adjacent houses to the east have been completed. The items have been removed from storage on the northern part of the Site. A pile, possibly of tires, can be seen on the west side of the shop on the northern part of the Site. Vehicle storage can be seen at the adjacent house to the west of the southern part of the Site. In the 2021 photo, a few small sheds can be seen behind the house on the southern part of the Site. The pile to the west of the shop has been removed. These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report. 4.0 SITE INSPECTION Live Oak inspected the site on September 16, 2021. Photographs of the Site are attached to this report as Appendix 2. The perimeter of the Site and the vicinity of the structures on the Site were inspected. A house, a shop, and a storage building are located on the southern parcel of the Site (3212). A domestic well was observed to the south of the house. Two mobile above -ground storage tanks were observed on the north side of the storage building, and a closed waste oil drum was observed on the north side of the shop. Two pole -mounted transformers were noted on the parcel; both looked relatively new, but only one was labeled free of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). No staining was observed at either transformer. Mr. Marsili pointed out the locations of the domestic septic system (east of the house) and the septic system for the shop bathroom (east of the shop). The northern parcel of the Site was vacant except for a large shop building. Four tires were stored on the west side of the shop; some of these were labeled "keep." The adjoining properties to the west and east were rural residences. Farming/construction equipment storage was observed at the adjacent house to the west of the southern parcel. Open grazing land and a house were located to the north of the Site. A vineyard was located to the south. LOGE 2149 3
