Recommendations . <br /> Noise <br /> The project does not allow room for a buffer zone . Recommend the installation of 10ft <br /> high Concrete block Sound Barrier Wall . Installation of 10ft Sound Wall to encompass <br /> West side of project parcel 250 - 150 - 16 , South side of project parcels 250450 - 16 & 17 <br /> along the north edge of 30ft paved easement road , East side of project parcel 250450 - <br /> 17 . The 10ft high Concrete Sound Wall will establish a solid barrier between project and <br /> residential areas , reducing the increase of Vehicle Traffic ambient noise pollution and <br /> eliminating the new source of substantial light or glare on the resident ' s homes 24 hours <br /> 7 days a week . <br /> Elevation and Grade Changes <br /> The project does not encompass the 30ft paved Easement Road portion of parcel 250 - <br /> 150 - 17 named 11th street on the Demo & Site Plan . Recommendation to include demo <br /> and reconstruction of paved 30ft Easement Road . Recommendation for project to <br /> include installation of Concrete Valley Gutter at the North edge of 30ft Easement <br /> paving . <br /> Grading for Asphalt Easement Road to maintain minimum 30ft width of asphalt paved <br /> road for safe passage of residents , emergency vehicles , USPS , logistics , and the publics <br /> access to a storage facility . <br /> Grading of 30ft Asphalt Paved road to conform with existing adjoining properties . <br /> Grading of 30ft Asphalt paved road to incorporate storm water runoff, starting at <br /> Chrisman Road East , extending to the West corner . Storm water to flow in the direction <br /> of South to North . <br /> Project to incorporate a Concrete Valley Gutter at the North edge of 30ft asphalt paved <br /> road , starting at Chrisman Road . Water Flowing West and ending at the West corner of <br /> project parcel 250 - 150 - 16 and 30ft Easement road , Water then flowing North into water <br /> collection area at # 54 reserve area . <br /> Air Quality <br /> The project does not address these concerns for the Residential areas to the South , <br /> South East , South West . Recommend further studies of the concerning issues . <br /> Minimum Recommendations 10ft high Concrete Sound Wall to create a barrier between <br /> Project and Residential areas , establishing updraft of prevailing winds . <br /> Aesthetics <br /> Existing Residents quality of view or visual character will be substantially degraded from <br /> project and the recommendation of a 10ft high Concrete Sound Wall . <br /> Recommendation to install a minimum 3ft landscape area with drought tolerant plants <br /> and trees to the South between 10ft Sound Wall and edge of proposed Concrete Valley <br /> Gutter . South West of project between 10ft high Concrete Sound Wall and residential <br /> properties . <br />
