1 6. 10 SITE ACCESS <br /> 2 In connection with its enforcement of this Order, the <br /> 3111 Department and/or its authorized representatives shall have t}e <br /> I <br /> 4 authority to enter and move freely about all property at the ' <br /> 5Site at all reasonable times upon giving reasonable notice, fc: <br /> 6I the purposes of, among other things: inspecting records, <br /> i <br /> 7 operations logs, sampling and analytical data, and contracts <br /> 8 related to this Order; reviewing the progress of Respondent in <br /> 9 carrying out the terms of this Order; conducting such tests as <br /> 10 the Department may deem necessary in connection with this <br /> 11 Order; and verifying the data submitted to the Department by <br /> 12 Respondent. Nothing in this paragraph is intended or shall be ! <br /> 13 construed to limit in any way the right of entry or inspecticn <br /> 14 that the Department or any other agency may otherwise have <br /> 15 under law. <br /> 16 6. 11 SAMPLING DATA AND DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY <br /> i <br /> 17 Respondent shall permit the Department and/or its authorized <br /> 18 representatives to inspect and copy all sampling, testing, <br /> 19 monitoring or other data generated by Respondent or on <br /> 20 Respondent's behalf in any way pertaining to work undertaken <br /> 21 pursuant to this Order. Respondent shall allow duplicate <br /> 22 samples to be by the Department and/or its authorized <br /> 23 representatives, of any samples collected by Respondent <br /> i <br /> 24pursuant to this Order.
