Observed dust build up on the ceiling vent cover above the 2 D True reach-in. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. Observed hole/crack in back wall inside walk-in. Repair/seal within cleanable material within 3 weeks. Observed tape used to cover ceiling openings in mop sink room. Repair/seal openings with cleanable material. Correct within 1 month. Observed damaged/missing coving behind mixed near walk-in and near mop sink room. Replace within approved coving within 1 month. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
