Correct today. <br /> Observed food stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler and freezer. The walk-in freezer floor is so full you cannot walk <br /> inside the freezer. Maintain fan <br /> covers clean to protect stored food items from contamination from fallen debris. Correct today. <br /> The following areas need detail cleaning: <br /> -Prep sink and surrounding area <br /> -All food storage shelves <br /> -Around walk-in cooler door gasket <br /> -Walk-in cooler and freezer shelves <br /> -Inside and outside of reach-in coolers <br /> -Hood filters <br /> Detail clean all surfaces within one week.
