Since this subdivision qualifies under a commercial <br />exemption, a parcel map may be recorded rather than a <br />final map. Processing fees, however, would be the same <br />as for a Major Subdivision. <br />e. A "Will Serve" letter will be required from the City of <br />Lodi at the time of submission of the application. They <br />must agree to accept treated sewage from this development. <br />NOTE: The Pre -Application is designed to inform prospective <br />applicants of general plan consistency, zoning consistency, <br />public improvement requirements, preliminary design constraints <br />and opportunities, and major environmental and safety issues. <br />This information is provided in the hope of assisting the appli- <br />cant in submitting a better .and more complete application, as <br />well as minimizing processing time. It is not intended to be an <br />in-depth analysis, and an environmental assessment is not <br />completed. The applicant should be aware that a detailed review <br />will not be done until the,full application is submitted.
