A N `J OAQ U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> CC)U N T Y <br /> t � Time In: 3:05 pm <br /> ,q Fa�,t� Grearness grows here, <br /> Time Out: 3:35 pm <br /> COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Name of Facility: PINOY ASIAN MARKET Date: 09/14/2022 <br /> Address: 720 W EIGHTH ST, STOCKTON 95206 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)463-6382 <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00055210 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> C00055210 states: "COMPLAINANT SAYS TOILETS ARE BACKING UP INTO THE KITCHEN AND HAVE BEEN SINCE <br /> SATURDAY." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed dried fish (packaged on styrofoam trays and wrapped in plastic)being taken from a cabinet <br /> (not a hot or cold cold cabinet)and placed in the freezer. Food out of temperature control fro 4 hours shall be discarded. <br /> Discard fish today. <br /> Observed fresh fish from the fish table(was partially covered in ice)placed into a freezer. Discard fish or maintain under <br /> refrigeration. Do not re-freeze fish. <br /> Observed food at the steam tables. Discard food from the steam tables. <br /> NOTE:temperatures were not taken this date-observations made. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Facility lacks running water.
