<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The 3-comp sink drain line is emptying onto the floor. Plumb the drain line of the 3-comp sink indirectly
<br /> (1" minimum airgap)to the floor sink. Correct for re-inspection.
<br /> The ice bin at the bar/server station does not drain to a floor sink. If the City of Tracy is OK with a sump sump being used to
<br /> drain to a sanitary sewer,this Dept. is as well.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Provide properly supplied toilet paper dispensers at the restrooms. Correct for re-inspection.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a
<br /> well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet
<br /> facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons:in
<br /> establishments with more than 20,000 sq ft. establishments offering on-site liquor consumption. (114250, 114250.1, 114276)

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The kitchen is missing a few ceiling panels. Provide by 1 week(or at the completion of work).
<br /> The west wall of the kitchen (behind the 3 door Kintera freezer)is unfinished. Paint this portion of the wall with a light colored
<br /> semi-gloss paint or cover with FRP. Correct by 1 month.
<br /> The 2x4 shelf support(by the soda bag in a box)is unfinished wood. Paint the 2x4 with a light colored semi-gloss paint by 1
<br /> week.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor
<br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
<br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143(d),
