Item No. 1 <br /> PC: 5-17-84 <br /> S-84-5 <br /> Page 3 <br /> No new residential uses are planned. All 16 lots will be <br /> required to connect to public services prior to the <br /> filing of the Final Map. <br /> G. That the design of the subdivision or the type of improve- <br /> ments will not conflict with easements, acquired by the <br /> public at large, for access through or use of property <br /> within the proposed subdivision unless it is found that <br /> alternate easements, for access or for use, will be pro- <br /> vided, and that these will be substantially equivalent to <br /> ones previously acquired by the public: <br /> . The road improvements and dedication required by the <br /> County will not conflict with the subdivision design and <br /> will improve access to individual lots . <br /> H. That any land or improvements to be dedicated to the County <br /> are consistent with the General Plan: <br /> The land and improvements to be dedicated to the County <br /> are consistent with General Plan policies pertinent to <br /> the Low Density Residential designation. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Adopt the Negative Declaration. <br /> Approve the project based on the findings noted and subject to <br /> the attached conditions . <br />
