I : <br /> Item No. 1 <br /> PC : 5-17-84 <br /> S-84-5 <br /> Page 4 <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> SUBDIVISION MAP NO. S-84-5 <br /> WILLIAM STOCKER <br /> 1. All Conditions of Approval shall be detailed on the Final Map. <br /> 2 . All lots shall connect to public sewer before recordation of <br /> the Final Map. <br /> 3 . Approval of the Tentative Map shall expire 36 months from the <br /> date of approval . <br /> 4 . Public Works Department: <br /> a. Road right of way dedication will be required on the Final <br /> Map of 5 ' width along all street frontages of the sub- <br /> division, with radii at all intersections . <br /> b. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department <br /> of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> c. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior <br /> to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall <br /> execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin <br /> insuring the completion of improvements within one ( 1) <br /> year after filing the Final Map. <br /> d. Full street improvements in compliance with Section 9-1612 <br /> of Ordinance 2634 and with Ordinance 672 shall be provided <br /> within the subdivision. Bacon Street, McComb Avenue, <br /> Robindale Avenue, and Myran Avenue shall be fully improved <br /> on the subdivided side in compliance with County Stan- <br /> dards . Curbs, gutters, and sidewalks shall be provided. <br /> Bacon Street and Myran Avenue shall be fully improved with <br /> cul-de-sac at the ends in compliance with County <br /> standards . <br /> e( Public sewer)and storm water drainage systems shall be <br /> provide�roughout the subdivision. <br /> A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the improvements (development ) . The accep- <br /> tance or approval by the County of the drainage system <br />
