DID NOT SPEAK TO <br /> FACILITY OR SEE A DOCTOR BUT MAY GO TO EMERGENCY. STILL FEELING ILL AT TIME OF COMPLAINT. <br /> COMPLAINANT IS WORRIED PEOPLE WILL GET SICK WHEN THEY HAVE GRAND OPENING ON 4/1/22. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I spoke to the owner who was not aware of the compliant. <br /> No ill employees. <br /> Soft opening was on Monday, March 28, 2022. <br /> Owner believes she recalls who the complainant may be. <br /> She believes complainant purchased one bbq skewer. <br /> Chicken comes to the facility cooked at Miss Dulcelicious and then transported to this facility.. <br /> Per owner, prepared chicken is kept in a cambro warmer bag for transport from Miss Dulcelicious to this facility. <br /> Currently,there are no temperature logs showing the temperature of food when it leaves Miss Dulcelicious site and when food <br /> is received by this site. <br /> Begin temperature logs today. <br /> Logs should indicate the time and temperature of foods when foods leave the Miss Dulcelicious site and the time/temperature <br /> of foods when received by this facility. <br /> Potentially hazardous food shall be maintained at or above 135F or at or below 41 F <br /> Per owner,when chicken skewers are received skewers are placed in the large display warmer(82F)Provide large display <br /> warmer at 135F or higher.
