EIR-73-27, MOSHER.,..M.NOR, of BOB KLINGER AND DAN COMPTON (c/o Marshall Minl.ap) COUNTY ACTIONS TO DATE - Board of Supervisors - Approval of R-3 and R1-8 zoning on April 1, 1971. - Development Committee - reviewed this proposed subdivision as a discussion item on February 26, 1973. - The Development Committee reviewed the proposed subdivision and the draft E.I.R. at its regular meeting of October 31, 1973, November 21, 1973 and November 28, 1973. - On November 28, 1973 the Development Committee unanimously voted to recommend adoption of the Environmental Impact Report and also unanimously voted to recommend approval of the subdivision subject to the following conditions: RECOMMENDED SUPPLEMENTAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the require- ments of the County of San Joaquin. 2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by PG&E, PT&T, and all other public utilities. The provisions of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply. 3. Plans for all improvements to be approved by San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the final subdivision map. 4. Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with standards and requirements of the Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the final subdivision map. 5. Water system or methods shall conform to the requirements of the Local Health District and the Department of Public Works. 6. An adequate water supply for fire protection with fire hydrants and connections shall be installed in conformance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the Waterloo-Morada Rural Fire District. 7. Drainage and street lighting systems shall be maintained by a utilities maintenance district. The maintenance districti-e- -stmb&-he formed prior to acceptance of the final subdivision map. ,
