P/C 12-20-73 <br />ITEM NO. 6 TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP NO. S-73-8 and ENVIRON- <br />MENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. EIR-73-27, MOSHER.,..M.NOR, <br />of BOB KLINGER AND DAN COMPTON (c/o Marshall Minl.ap) <br />COUNTY ACTIONS TO DATE <br />- Board of Supervisors - Approval of R-3 and R1-8 zoning on April <br />1, 1971. <br />- Development Committee - reviewed this proposed subdivision as a <br />discussion item on February 26, 1973. <br />- The Development Committee reviewed the proposed subdivision and <br />the draft E.I.R. at its regular meeting of October 31, 1973, <br />November 21, 1973 and November 28, 1973. <br />- On November 28, 1973 the Development Committee unanimously voted <br />to recommend adoption of the Environmental Impact Report and <br />also unanimously voted to recommend approval of the subdivision <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />RECOMMENDED SUPPLEMENTAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the require- <br />ments of the County of San Joaquin. <br />2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by PG&E, PT&T, <br />and all other public utilities. The provisions of Article <br />XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply. <br />3. Plans for all improvements to be approved by San Joaquin <br />County Department of Public Works prior to consideration of <br />the final subdivision map. <br />4. Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with <br />standards and requirements of the Department of Public <br />Works prior to consideration of the final subdivision map. <br />5. Water system or methods shall conform to the requirements <br />of the Local Health District and the Department of Public <br />Works. <br />6. An adequate water supply for fire protection with fire <br />hydrants and connections shall be installed in conformance <br />with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the <br />Waterloo-Morada Rural Fire District. <br />7. Drainage and street lighting systems shall be maintained by <br />a utilities maintenance district. The maintenance districti-e- <br />-stmb&-he formed prior to acceptance of the final subdivision <br />map. , <br />
