3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range in installation dates from 1962 to 2006. (Copies of permits are in index.) 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic systems in this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in moderate performance. Additional septic tanks, seepage pits, and leach lines were added to the existing septic systems in the past. (See Appendix) 3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic tank usage on site: There are no immediate plans for construction. The sites are three proposed trucking facilities. They will have very few employees and one bathroom per site. Parcel 3 has two metal storage buildings and existing bathrooms with a septic system. No additional additions are proposed. 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to ground water in this area is approximately 60 feet according to the map of "Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater" published Spring, 2021, by the San Joaquin County Flood and Water Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. 4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this area are deemed moderate due to the depths involved. Insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths. This property has not been farmed. 4.3 Description of location (address/APN), type and construction of well and location (well head/kitchen tap) where water sample(s) were obtained: Water samples were taken from a spigot on the subject property at 18846 State Route 99 E. Frontage Road on October 8, 2021 by Tristan Hartung of Dillon & Murphy. 4.4. Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: Nitrates and DBCP were tested. 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the lab: The water samples were obtained from a spigot at the well located on the subject property at 18846 State Route 99 E. Frontage Road. The samples were taken by Tristan Hartung of Dillon & Murphy, and driven directly to Precision Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix. 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name of third party sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab.
