The Site Plan does not address access roads adequately. <br /> • Two-way access roads are delineated with two-way arrows. One-way <br /> parking aisles are also clearly marked with one-way arrows. The wastewater <br /> storage tank and wine storage tanks are adjacent to the wine processing <br /> building and will be located on concrete surfaces. Trucks used for <br /> transporting wastewater discharge off-site will be able to drive <br /> to the tank directly. <br /> 4. Wastewater discharge requirements are not addressed. <br /> • The applicants have indicated that the wastewater from wine processing will <br /> be trucked off site to an approved location.
