11 . Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division (state <br /> specific repairs) . <br /> 12 . Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank , seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division . <br /> 13 . Connection to a public sewer system is required . <br /> a. A will serve letter is required from, the sewer district <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> proposed project prior to recording the final map. <br /> 14 . Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region , prior to <br /> development. <br /> 15 . State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum <br /> number of employees the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for. <br /> 16 . State on revised plans or improvement plans that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it can not be driven over, <br /> parked on or used as a storage area . This leach field area <br /> must be used for that specific purpose only and can not <br /> contain any underground utility lines . <br /> DATRY CONDTTTONS : <br /> 17 . Submit three sets of building plans for review by the <br /> Environmental Health Division . Plans shall include the <br /> design of the entire dairy facility (milking barn, corrals , <br /> free stall housing, shelter sheds , dry cow facilities , calf <br /> barns , and waste water ponds) . <br /> 13 . All liquid and solid dairy wastes from; this operation are to <br /> be retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or <br /> a health problem. <br /> 19 . The number of dairy animals per acre shall riot exceed an <br /> amount which would preclude good waste management practices . <br /> SOLID WASTE: <br /> 20 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill in <br /> accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and #1431 <br /> and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government Code, and Title <br /> 14, CCR. <br />
