f <br /> 21 . Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of <br /> all demolition material from premises to an approved <br /> landfill site . <br /> 22 . Applicant must meet all state regulations pertaining to <br /> solid waste as contained in Title 7 . 3 and -7 . 8 , California <br /> Government Code, and Title 14 , California Administrative <br /> Code . <br /> HAZARDOUS WASTE: <br /> 23 . Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 24 . If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division . This system <br /> must be designed by a registered engineer . Applicant must <br /> file an application for facility permit/waste discharge with <br /> the California Regional Water Quality Control Board- <br /> Central Valley Region. The application forms can be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division . <br /> 25 . The Subdivider shall send to the Property Evaluation Unit of <br /> the Toxic Substance Control Division of the State Department <br /> of Health Services a letter approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division requesting a determination under the <br /> provisions of Article 11 , California State Health and Safety <br /> Code. The response from the Department of Health Services , <br /> or the letter from the subdivider requesting that a <br /> determination be made, is to be recorded in the Title Report <br /> and the subdivision' s Conditions , Covenants and <br /> Restrictions . <br /> 26 . If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services . <br /> 27 . If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a EPA <br /> identification number arid• comply with applicable <br /> regulations . <br /> STANDARD EVACUATION CONDITIONS : <br /> 28 . All sewage lines are to be tightly capped when a mobile home <br /> is disconnected from a line during evacuation . <br /> 29 . All mobile homes , upon removal from park , cannot be occupied <br /> unless proper sewage facilities and potable water are <br /> provided. <br />
