g. If noxious weeds are on the site, operations shall be in accordance with instructions from <br /> the Agricultural Commissioner of San Joaquin County. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1410.31h}) <br /> h. Any night lighting established on the property shall be arranged and controlled so as not <br /> to illuminate public rights-of-way or adjacent properties. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1410.3{e}) <br /> i. Excavations shall not cause health or sanitary hazards and shall not create conditions <br /> which will cause the breeding or increase of mosquitos, rodents, or other pests. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1410.3{i}) <br /> j. A written notification of work schedules,final grade certification by the South San Joaquin <br /> Irrigation District, and an Improvement Plan shall be provided to the County by the <br /> applicant prior to any grading or excavation. The Improvement Plan shall reflect all of the <br /> adopted Conditions of Approval. One (1) copy of the Improvement Plan shall be <br /> submitted to the Development Services Division for distribution to the involved County <br /> departments. A plan check fee will be required. (Development Title Section 9-1410.3{j}) <br /> k. At the completion of the grading, the applicant shall have a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed land surveyor compare the excavation's final elevations with the approved permit. <br /> The engineer or surveyor shall submit a certified, written finding to the Development <br /> Services Division which states and documents the compliance or non-compliance of the <br /> excavation with all of the conditions of the approved permit. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1410.31k}) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> See attached memo dated April 12, 1994. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION: <br /> See attached memo dated March 29, 1994 <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNIFIED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> See attached letter dated April 12, 1994. <br /> 5. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT (S.S.J.I.D.): <br /> a. The landowner agrees not to perform any excavation or grading within the S.S.J.I.D. <br /> easement or within 15 feet of the centerline of the pipeline, whichever is greater. <br /> b. Excavations adjacent to District easements and/or facilities shall have a minimum 3:1 <br /> slope from the excavated field to the top of the berm. <br /> C. The landowner will take such steps as are required by the S.S.J.I.D.Water Superintendent <br /> to remedy any erosion on banks adjacent to the District's facilities. <br /> d. No soil will lie stockpiled over the S.S.J.I.D. pipeline. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - GX-94-1 <br />
