k. FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) Any gate, other than gates for pedestrian use only, shall be set back or recessed a minimum <br /> of ten (10) feet from the property line unless there are at least sixteen (16) feet between the <br /> property line and the edge of the traveled roadway. <br /> I. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six(6)to seven(7)feet in height shall be erected along the property line of <br /> APN's 179-150-10,179-150-12,179-150-14,and 179-180-15. (Development Title Section <br /> 1022.4[d][1]) <br /> (2) All storage materials and related activities,including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six <br /> (6)to seven(7)feet in height.Outside storage is not permitted in front yards,street side yards, or <br /> in front of main buildings.(Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> m. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25)for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen(16)feet for one-way aisles.
