FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) Any gate, other than gates for pedestrian use only, shall be set back or recessed a minimum <br /> of ten (10) feet from the property line unless there are at least sixteen (16) feet between the <br /> property line and the edge of the traveled roadway. <br /> I.
