A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be located on <br /> permanent paving, be designed to accommodate all trash <br /> receptacles, and be constructed on three sides with a <br /> solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> h. An eight (8) foot high concrete wall shall be installed <br /> as shown on the approved Site Plan. The wall on the <br /> north and west property lines shall be constructed prior <br /> to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. The wall on <br /> the east property line shall be constructed at the time <br /> of installation of the above-ground fuel tanks and fire <br /> supply tank. Fencing details shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> i . One monument sign or wall-mounted sign shall be permitted <br /> as part of this approval. The size and location of the <br /> sign shall be consistent with Section 9-3600 of the <br /> Planning Title and be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> j . Parking Lot Lighting: <br /> (1) . The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination <br /> shall be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> (2) . All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo- <br /> sensor system. <br /> (3) . Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine <br /> direct rays to the premises, with no spillover <br /> beyond the project site. <br /> k. Landscaping shall be installed in the areas shown on the <br /> approved Site Plan and shall conform to the following <br /> minimum requirements: <br /> (1) . A minimum five-foot-wide planting strip, respecting <br /> the right-of-way width, is required along the <br /> frontage of Roth Road. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where it is crossed by a <br /> driveway. This strip shall contain one tree for <br /> each thirty (30) feet of frontage. <br /> t <br />
